Please ensure that you select the correct residency status, as we will verify residency.
Important If you are a resident of Poudre School District, when entering the street name for the address, as you begin to type the name of the street, a dropdown box will appear with street names to choose from. Please select the street name from this dropdown box. If you do not choose the street name from the dropdown box, when you proceed through the application process, an error message will appear that says 'Unable to Call Delegate'. If you receive this message, you will need to contact the Poudre School District to be able to proceed through the school choice application process.
If you do not have a home phone, please enter your cell phone in the home number section. If you would like to receive updates via text message, you must enter your cell phone number again in the cell number section and check 'Yes' to receive updates via text message.
Your email address will be used for communication. Please add our scribonline@scribsoft.com email to your list of safe senders.
